We would recomand this apartment to anyone; everything was excellent. The venue has clean and cosy rooms and stunning location within walking distance of a train station. Thanks to the host for contributing to our wonderful experience on holiday. Exeter International airport is located 15 km away.

I would love to stay here again, no complaints whatsoever. Lovely stay on holiday. Warm welcome from host. Absolutely perfect and magnificent setting to many tourist spots. Nestled a short walk to Exeter as well as the Puffing Billy pub and the cycle path along the river.

The Annex provided a peaceful and quiet stay with stunning views. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen supplies and extra touches like milk and tea. The owners were friendly and provided helpful local information, including directions to nearby pubs and walking paths. We particularly enjoyed the short drive to a nearby beach and the convenience of having a Toby carvery nearby for a tasty takeaway option.

While the overall experience was positive, it would have been helpful to have a wall clock in the accommodation. We had a few appointments to keep during our stay and it would have been convenient to have a quick glance at the time.

We loved our stay at this beautiful rural retreat near Exeter and Exmouth. the location was perfect, just a 15-minute drive from the airport. the cottage was very clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our self-catering stay. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and dining table. the bedroom was cozy and the ensuite bathroom was clean and convenient. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. the property was within walking distance of pubs, the train station, and country walking routes. the host had provided detailed information and maps on the walls, which we found so useful and professionally done. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway at any time of the year.

the annex at highmead in exeter exceeded our expectations during this break on our long journey. the spacious and modern apartment with beautiful views was spotless and had fantastic facilities. the friendly owners provided excellent communication beforehand and even supplied a cafetiere and ground coffee for the coffee-making facilities.
